Alex Jackson of the Capital Gazette is reporting from Annapolis that marijuana law reformers have forced 77 year-old House Judiciary Chairman Vallario to allow a vote on decriminalization of less than 10 grams of marijuana. Vallario had tried for the second year in a row to prevent the House from voting on decrim by killing the bill in committee. http://www.capitalgazette.com/news/general_assembly/maryland-house-of-delegates-to-vote-on-marijuana-decriminalization/article_b1e6dc80-e7b3-5211-9945-ae6fbcff090d.html
